Terms and conditions
When you purchase tickets for our events through Ticketmaster, you also accept our terms and conditions.
Auditorium AS (Rockefeller / John Dee / Sentrum Scene) terms:
Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only available for canceled or rescheduled events; in such cases, ticket buyers will receive information via email on how to request a refund. Changes to support artists do not qualify for a refund.
We ask all attendees to familiarize themselves with the information about the event before arrival, including age restrictions, times, seating and standing options, etc., by clicking on each individual event for details, as well as practical information on our website.
- Age Restrictions: We have an age limit of 18 for all events unless otherwise specified in the program. Some events have a 20 year age limit. To enter events with an 18-year or 20-year age limit, individuals must be 18 years / 20 years or older and carry valid identification. We do not have a guardianship arrangement, so being accompanied by individuals over 18, even if they are parents or guardians, does not permit entry. There are no exceptions to this rule.
At events with an 18-year or 20-year age limit, identification is mandatory. Identification will be checked for all attendees assumed to be under 25. Valid identification includes a physical national ID card, passport, physical driver's license, or a photo ID bank card. Digital identification or photo of identification is not valid identification. The photo on the ID must be easily identifiable as the user's.
Misuse of identification (fake or using someone else's ID) will be reported to the police, and the identification will be confiscated. Guests with questionable identification may expect to be denied entry at the door. Please have your identification ready for inspection upon arrival at the concert venue.
- Alcohol awareness / Substance abuse: The Norwegian Alcohol Act regulates the availability of alcohol through the licensing system. Licensees are responsible for ensuring that their licensed activities are carried out in accordance with the law. As licensees, we are strictly obligated to comply with the Alcohol Act. For events with an 18- or 20-year age limit, individuals who are underage will not be granted entry. Guests who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or other substances will be denied entry to our events.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances at our venues. The use, possession, or attempt to use illegal drugs will be immediately addressed by our staff or security personnel, and may be reported to the authorities.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask everyone to follow Norwegian law and respect our rules and guidelines.
- Safety and Conduct: All guests are expected to follow the concert etiquette rules and behave in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves and others. Any behavior that endangers oneself or others, including violations of Norwegian law, throwing objects, or other irresponsible actions, will result in being denied access to the premises.
- Prohibited Items: Items that may pose a danger or harm to other guests/artists are not allowed. This includes sharp objects such as studs, knives, umbrellas, selfie sticks, etc., which will be confiscated upon entry. E-bike batteries are not allowed inside due to fire hazard. Bringing in alcohol, food, drinks, bottles, and cans is also prohibited. Laser pointers, flashlights, or any other light sources that may disturb other guests or artists are not allowed. Small bags are permitted inside the venue but will be checked upon arrival. Large luggage is not allowed.
- Photography: Photography with professional camera equipment is prohibited at all our events, and such equipment is not permitted inside the venue. Press photographers must apply for a photo pass minimum 5 working days before the show. At most events, attendees are allowed to take photos and/or videos using mobile cameras, provided they consider the artists and other audience members, and limit to not disturb the experience. No flash allowed.
- Wardrobe: Both Rockefeller, John Dee, and Sentrum Scene have cloakrooms that are mostly staffed during the winter season, with some exceptions. Auditorium AS is not liable for loose items such as mobile phones, keys, scarves/hats/gloves, airpods, wallets, etc. The maximum liability is 1.500,- NOK, applicable only to jackets.
In the event of any violation of these terms, we reserve the right to remove individuals from our events without a refund.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
