This privacy policy applies to Auditorium AS, which is responsible for the collected personal information. Protecting your privacy is important to us, and we strive to keep all information related to you confidential in accordance with this privacy policy. As part of our regular service offerings, you may voluntarily provide us with information about yourself. The purpose of this privacy policy is to explain what personal information we collect, how such personal information may be used, and how we protect your personal information and privacy.

Personal information processed
Auditorium AS does not collect personal information such as date of birth and social security number, or information about personal payment cards.

Email address (if you have a ticket to an upcoming event with us* and/or if there is an active consent that you want to receive relevant information from us via email).
Information about your use of www.rockefeller.no, in the form of which subpages are visited, device category, browser settings, and IP address.
How is information collected?
Directly from the customer
A: When purchasing tickets via Ticketmaster
Auditorium AS sells all its tickets through Ticketmaster. In this regard, we may send you relevant information about your purchase. If you have not consented to receive information from us, the data will be deleted after the event. If you have opted in to receive information from us, we store your email address in our database.
B: Via form on rockefeller.no
Auditorium AS collects information through newsletter signup forms on our website. It is voluntary to provide this information.
Our website
We use Plausible Analytics to track and analyze traffic on our website in a GDPR-compliant manner. Plausible does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and the data collected is anonymized.
We may use your information in the following ways and for the following purposes
We create profiles based on the information collected to offer you the most relevant products and provide good customer service. The profiles are based solely on information voluntarily provided by you; we do not collect information for this purpose from third parties, nor do we share this information with third parties. We have data processing agreements with our partners who provide newsletters and Google advertising.
DM: A) Necessary information about the show: We send all customers necessary information such as cancellation and changes to opening hours. B) Other relevant information: If you have given us consent to send you newsletters, we will send you information about new releases that may be considered relevant based on your previous purchases, as well as provide you with access to exclusive presales for concerts you have previously purchased tickets for, and similar events.
Newsletter: In our newsletters, you get the news first, offers for exclusive presales, and access to competitions. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, it is automatically blocked for us to send you further information.
Analysis: Monitoring and improving our products, services, and websites. We analyze the information to improve our understanding of you and our customer base in general. We do this so that we can make better decisions about our services, advertising, products, and content, based on a more informed picture of how our customers use our current services, and to provide you with a more tailored experience.
Information we may store about you
Information about your preferences: We may collect information about events you like or products you buy or inquire about. We may also store information about interests and demographic categories that can be inferred from your interaction with us to provide you with better service and more tailored information. For example, if you buy tickets to a specific show and many people who attended the same show also bought tickets to another concert, we may send you information about the other concert.
Information about website usage: If you use our websites, we may collect information about the browser you are using and your IP address (this is a number that identifies a particular network device on the Internet and is necessary for the device to communicate with websites).
How is the information stored?
Information collected through forms on our website is stored in our CRM system.
How is the information deleted?
Information is deleted upon request by contacting us at post@rockefeller.no. To stop receiving our newsletters, you can follow the instructions in any newsletter you receive from us.
Disclosure of information to third parties?
Personal information is not shared with external third parties, but Auditorium AS may use subcontractors to deliver marketing services. Such subcontractors may process personal information on behalf of Auditorium AS as long as there is a data processing agreement.
Rights
You have the right to demand access to the personal information we process about you and how it is processed. You can also demand correction, deletion, and limitations on the processing of personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
Auditorium AS is bound by, and processes your personal information in accordance with, the Norwegian Personal Data Act, Chapter 6, § 31. If you believe that Auditorium AS has not complied with your rights under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
